Throw Back Wednesday: Elizabrth LaShaun

Before I get into the awesomness that is this author. I need to explain how I stumbled upon her. You know back in the day when Amazon was actually doing their job and offering books of substance this author was listed as a great recommendation .Because of the book covers I admit I was a little skittish. Let’s face it I am used to covers with half naked men. You know the saying, “never judge a book by its cover.” That could not be any more true for Author Elizabeth LaShaun. I am going to put this disclaimer out there I am such a fan girl when it comes to this author. She is very underrated and a jewel. She will say that she doesn’t write IR but her Inconvenient Love Series is just that but mixed with a little grittiness.

When you speak of alpha males her characters Mo and Boss are the mold. I love this book because of the realness you aren’t getting not millionaires and babies but you are getting a story about two men on the come up. Just trying to make it although illegally but when they fall in love the game changes. I will say this is one of the first stories I actually cried over. Ok after all my gushing and trying to sell you ladies on this story.

Let’s me the author:

Elizabeth LaShaun is not only the author of books such as Inconvenient Love and In His Absence, she is also the CEO of Mayott Publishing. This Chicago native has always had a passion for reading as well as writing. Elizabeth specializes in drama with suspense and crime blended to create the perfect book. When she isnt writing, LaShaun enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

She loves hearing from her readers and can be contacted at www.elizabethlashaun.com and also elizabethlashaun@yahoo.com
